These Terms determine the rules for using the FinPlot Platform for posting, verifying, and accessing market news, analyses, and predictions.
FinPlot Platform – internet platform available at www.finplot.io for sharing and verifying market news and predictions.
User – any natural person using the FinPlot Platform, having an individual username and password.
Account – a collection of data in the FinPlot Platform's IT system, marked with an individual username and password.
Post – market news, analysis, or prediction published by a User on the Platform.
Reputation Score – a User's credibility rating based on the accuracy of their predictions as verified by AI and community voting.
Guest – any natural person using the FinPlot Platform without registration.
These Terms are continuously available at finplot.io/terms in a way that allows anyone to obtain, reproduce and record its content by printing or saving on a medium at any time.

To use the FinPlot Platform, you need:
The User is obliged to use the FinPlot Platform in accordance with the law, the provisions of these Terms and good practice.
The User is responsible for the content, compliance and truthfulness of data provided when using the FinPlot Platform.
It is forbidden to use the FinPlot Platform in a way that may violate the personal rights of others or to post or disseminate vulgar, false content or content that may violate personal rights.
We reserve the right to suspend the Account and withdraw access to Platform resources if the User intentionally takes actions that threaten the smooth functioning of the Platform.
A Guest can access the FinPlot Platform by opening the website www.finplot.io.
Creating and maintaining an Account is free.
To create an Account, you must provide at least: username, email address. You also need to create a Password for the Account.
Creating an Account is equivalent to concluding an agreement with us for the provision of electronic services on the terms of these Terms.
The User is responsible for the security and proper use of the username and Password. If you suspect unauthorized use of your Account, you should immediately notify us.
The User can resign from using Platform resources at any time by sending a request to delete their Account to support@finplot.io. Account deletion occurs with a 30-day notice period.
Ownership – You own the content you post.
License – You grant FinPlot the right to display your content on the Platform.
Permanence – Posts are permanently timestamped and cannot be deleted. This ensures accountability and builds the integrity of the reputation system.
Verification – All predictions and market analyses are subject to verification by AI algorithms and community voting.

Reputation scores are public and form the basis of user rankings on the Platform.
Content on FinPlot is informational only and does not constitute financial advice. Users should consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions. FinPlot is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from use of information on the Platform.
The FinPlot Platform is the property of the Service Provider. All trademarks, service marks and names provided on the site are the property of the Service Provider or the right to use them results from separate agreements.
Materials contained on the FinPlot Platform are legally protected by copyright provisions and cannot be modified, copied, distributed or published for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
FinPlot is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
We are not liable for damages arising from using the Platform, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
We are not responsible for content posted by users or for the accuracy of market predictions.
Users have the right to file complaints regarding services provided electronically. Complaints should be sent in writing to our address or by email to support@finplot.io.
Complaints will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or through a notification on your Account before the change takes effect.
If you do not accept the new Terms, you should notify us within 14 days of receiving notification. Lack of objection will be considered acceptance of the new version.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved in courts competent for our registered office in Warsaw, Poland.
